Screen Printing
The screen printing process involves taking your logo or image, colour separating it and preparing film positives, the image is then transferred onto a screen for a one colour print, or a series of screens for multi colour prints.
Printing is either done directly onto the garment or the logo/image is printed as a transfer, onto transfer paper and then heat pressed onto the garment. The process that best suits your requirements is determined by the type of textile being printed, the colour and style of the garment, the design qualities of your logo or image, and the number of prints required. The screen printing process is best suited to jobs requiring multiple prints of approximately 20 plus prints, the larger the number of prints required, the more cost efficient the process becomes as the costs associated with the set up of film positives and screens is distributed over a greater number of garments/items to be printed and the cost per print reduces.
UltraFlex Transfer Prints
UltraFlex Transfers are screen printed transfers that offer specialty finishes in fine detail one or 2 colour designs and can offer fluorescent and metallic colour effects and PMS Pantone colour.
Run Wild out sources the production of these transfers to a Queensland company so a little longer turnaround time is required.
Artwork must be supplied in vector format as a PDF and/or EPS files
UltraColour Transfer Prints
UltraColour transfers are ideal for full colour prints; the production process combines the fine detail and durability of screen printing with the full colour print and effects abilities of digital printing. This form of transfer printing achieves exact reproduction of computer generated images and designs in bright rich colour.

Thermal Vinyl Printing
This process is ideal for small print runs and one off prints such as applying individual names and other text to sporting uniforms and work uniforms. It is also well suited to small print runs of logo prints or images with one or two colours. The process involves creating the logo or text on the computer which is then cut out via a Camm Cutter Machine. Excess vinyl surrounding the image and middles of letters etc is ‘weeded’ away and then the image is applied to the garment using a heat press machine. Thermal vinyl is available in an extensive range of colours and effects and can be applied to a wide range of fabrics.
Artwork must be supplied in vector format as PDF and EPS files.
Digital Transfer Prints
Digital transfers are ideal for printing logos and designs that have been computed generated with design features that screen printing and thermal vinyl printing cannot replicate, such as radiating graduated tones.
Digital transfer printing is a cost effective process for printing multi colour logos/designs/images onto garments. The transfers are applied to the garment using a heat press machine.
Digital transfers are ideal for reproducing logos and designs that have radiating graduated tones that cannot be reproduced with the screen printing technique. Linear graduating tones are also well suited to the digital transfer print method.
