Printing
Run Wild Print specializes in printing of textile materials, mainly clothing and a variety of promotional items. We employ a variety of techniques and processes in the printing of textiles, aimed at providing you with a quality print to suit your budget and requirements.
Regardless of the number of items to be printed, one, ten, fifty, hundreds or thousands, Run Wild can cater to your needs.

What do we print and supply? Clothing-:T shirts, polo shirts, singlet’s and tank tops, jackets, tracksuits, windcheaters and hoodies, shorts, bathers, lycra rash shirts, sporting uniforms, school uniform items, Leavers shirts and jackets, work wear, leisurewear, team wear.
Promotional Items-: Stubby coolers, mouse mats, conference bags, shopping bags, caps, hats and visors.
Screen Printing
The screen printing process involves taking your logo or image, colour separating it and preparing film positives, the image is then transferred onto a screen for a one colour print or a series of screens for multi colour prints.
Printing is either done directly onto the garment or the logo/image is printed as a transfer onto transfer paper and then heat pressed onto the garment. The process that best suits your requirements is determined by the type of textile being printed, the colour and style of the garment and the number of prints required. The screen printing process is best suited to jobs requiring multiple prints of approximately 15 to 20 plus prints, the larger the number of prints required, the more cost efficient the process becomes as the costs associated with the set up of film positives and screens is distributed over a greater number of garments/items to be printed and the cost per print reduces.
Foil Effects
A shimmering foil effect can be applied to a screen printed image creating a vibrant eye catching effect. The image is printed onto the garment using an adhesive ink, and then the foil is heat pressed onto the printed adhesive print.
Thermal Vinyl Printing
This process is ideal for one off items such as applying individual names to garments and small runs of one colour logos or text. The process involves creating the logo or text on the computer which is then cut out via a Camm Cutter Machine. Excess vinyl surrounding the image is ‘weeded’ away and then the image is applied to the garment using a heat press machine. Thermal vinyl is available in an extensive range of colours and effects and can be applied to a wide range of fabrics.
Dye Sublimation Printing
Ideal for applying full colour photographs and multi colour images to garments and other items, the Dye Sublimation process offers a cost efficient process for one off and small number print runs giving vibrant, lasting, full colour results.
Your image/photo is copied onto the computer, required text etc is applied and then the image/photo is printed out as a transfer using specialized inks and papers, the transfer is then heat pressed onto the garment. This process can only be used with garments that are 65% to 100% polyester, other printable items such as stubby cooler blanks and mouse mats etc have been specially prepared with a polymer surface to be decorated using the Dye Sublimation process.
How Does The Dye Sublimation Process Work?
Sublimation ink has a unique ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. The high temperature created by the Transfer Press, opens the pores of the polymer and allows the gas to enter. When the temperature falls, the pores close up and the gas reverts to a solid state. The print then becomes part of the polymer. The image that has been transferred onto the garment or item is a full colour high quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away.

Numbers & Name Service
Team names, individual players or employee names and players numbers can all be applied to team uniforms, work wear etc using the Heat Press/ Thermal Vinyl process.
Stocks of numbers are always available and we offer a prompt service with number and name applications. We can supply the garment or you can bring your own.

We deal with 9 different wholesale suppliers with the aim of being able to provide our customers variety of styles, colour and pricing of printable garments and promotional items.
